I charge a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service for any no-shows or cancellations within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Penny is from Wichita, Kansas. She has lived in Biloxi for 10 years. Penny began her career later in life. She currently holds a duel license in both massage therapy and esthetics. Penny worked for a couple of local businesses prior to opening Blue Eden Spa. She is always working on certifications to offer the best care and results for her guests. Penny currently specializes in acne treatments, LED light therapy, body contouring, and lymphatic massage.
